Abstract

The article presents the results of the sociological survey of employers’ estimation of professional qualities of university graduates. The author has carried out a comparative analysis of sociological research of higher education influence on the quality of professional training of university graduates. Considering the data received, the researcher suggests new forms of interaction between universities and employers, enabling to increase the quality of professional training of specialists in accordance with the demands made by the labor market under conditions of monoprofile city economy diversification.
